"Burger King is good if served fresh and if there isn’t bad customer service it’s even better but if you can’t even one of those things then what’s the point? Fast food has really lost its touched"
"Food was not hot and tasty. Just didn’t taste fresh. Workers were not friendly to take your order. The kids play area needs some attention, ceiling lights needs to be fixed for more lighting in the room. The play area needs a more comfortable room temperature as well."
"Im not the type to leave a review but this was very uncalled for. The manager here is very rude!! She said she didn't have my order I tried to show her that it was ordered but she refused to look she then told me to pull around to the front she came out with my order handed it to me then flipped me off!! The food is cold and nasty. She definitely doesn't need to be a manager I will not come back to this location"
"The Asian guy that took my order rushed me. Told him it was for here. He stuck it in a bag like it’s to go. My fries were thrown in the bag upside down. No napkins I ask for salt, no salt, I asked for onion rings, no onion rings. There was no ketchup in the bag. A person should not have to ask for condiments. They should ask if you want ketchup at customer service and it was hot in the restaurant won’t be coming back to this one."
"8/29/23 ordered food on my Burger King App and went to pick it up. Store closes at 12am and I arrived at 10:30pm and store was closed. I still got charged for my food but got no service or food."
