"For the SECOND time we when through the drive-thru only to be told their “system was down” and they “can’t take any orders.” Owners, this was at 6:20 pm on Wednesday, 3-6-24."
"Wish i could give it 0 star rating, tried ordering at the drive thru and the guy was beyond rude and disrespectful. Sad because i didnt even get to finish ordering thats how rude he was. A bunch of immature and lazy people working here. I began my order with a "well what do you want to order" and proceed with a "welllll then what else or what " rude beyond rude. Disgusting attitude and i will never be back, id rather drive 15min to southlake location then here."
"Had a sandwich at this location today. The sandwich normally includes a pickle spear but was not included today. When I asked the young man about it he berated me for making his life more difficult and walked away angry. Service at this location is extremely poor."
"I don't normally do Schlotzsky's, but I thought I'd give them a try at the Roanoke location. Well...that didn't go so well. I wanted the French dip....their out of French dips. My wife wanted a pastrami....they were out. Sorry, but if you don't have what's on your menu, then how can I give you a chance."
"Amazing food, when you just need half a sandwich now and the other half later. The staff is very young and you may need to check your order. Condiments, napkins, and sides should be asked for before you pay. They seem to disappear from the window after you have paid. Clean restaurant, fast service, and good food."
