"Fosters is a great gem of flavor in a sea of food choices one has in Roanoke. They have an amazing menu including both Japanese and Korean dishes. The sushi is always amazing, their clay pot dishes warm the soul and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Just ask and they will explain every dish in detail. Pictures are of Albacore Tuna, steamed pork dumplings, a clay pot dish, grilled salmon and beef bulgogi. Every dish was amazing and there was so much meat on the bulgogi it felt like eating a 16 oz sreak... soooooooo good...."

"We really like Fosters overall. Food and drinks have never disappointed. Prices were always a little high, but they offered a Happy Hour that ended up being pretty reasonable. They recently changed the happy hour menu for the worse though unfortunately and it's no longer a good deal. Still a great restaurant, but unless prices get reduced a bit, I think we'll have to come less frequently."

"If you’re looking for some delicious and fresh food, Foster’s is the place to go! My mom and I first went on the Fourth of July. We sampled several items on the menu and were not disappointed! From the edamame to the sushi rolls, our tastebuds were definitely taken on an adventure. Additionally, the atmosphere was fabulous! The restaurant has an upscale small town vibe that truly shows why Roanoke is the “Unique Dining Capital of Texas”. It’s a place that you’ll definitely want to take your out of town visitors— or to just have a nice meal yourself. :) The staff were incredibly friendly and personable. Our server was polite and “on top of it” when it came to refilling drinks or making sure that we didn’t need anything. She was absolutely precious! All I’ve got to say is, “Go try it for yourself.” Even if you’re not a sushi fan, their menu is expansive and full of delicious options. :) *I highly recommend the Ahi Tuna Tower (pictured below).*"

"It was my first time at this establishment and I have to say, it wasn't the last. We were greeted warmly and seated in a booth as we requested. Our server came shortly and she was the sweetest. My miso soup came, it was a little different from the ones I had before. Didn't mind the slight saltiness in the heat. For the main course we ordered Bulgogi and Bibimbap, together with a Butterfly Roll and Fried Spicy Tuna Roll. I've only experienced the heaven in my mouth phenomena once before and this was the second time. That first taste of their Bulgogi amazed me. So much flavor and the beef tender. I enjoyed my fried rice bowl which was suggested to me. The Bibimbap was well prepared, flavorful and overall well presented. Both rolls tasted delicious. It was a pleasant experience and I can only recommend this place for both sushi and Korean dishes they offer."
