"I was 7 minutes early for my pickup order on 5/11. When I checked in, I acknowledged I was a bit early and knew it might be a couple of minutes, but just wanted to let them know I made it in. Blonde girl making the sandwiches looks at me then dramatically looks at her watch and says incredibly rudely “JUST A MINUTE”. Completely uncalled for of her. Can’t stand that attitude when I was never rushing them."
"Really slow service. The staff seemed attentive and were pleasant but it took me 25 minutes to get one sandwich made. Sandwich was not made to my order."
"I ordered my sandwich and really all I got was more bread than meat... I called to see if they could remake it and he said that's how made.. I paid 14 bucks for french bread and 3 slices of turkey.. 3! I ate bread for lunch. I was hoping it would be fixed and remade, but all they offered was not to hollow out the bread. Which in retrospect still meant more bread than meat. So I just won't be bringing my business here anymore and they don't care, all he said was "ok, have a good day.""
