"Paid extra for a premium entree- The firecracker shrimp- and both servings were mostly onions with 1 piece of shrimp in one bowl, 3 in the other. waited extra time- about 20 mins for super greens for 1/2 1/2 side- and still received only two pieces of broccoli in my bowl and so much white rice. Side was 80/20 not 50/50. Really horrible consistency and care. Super bummed."
"This location is closer to home but refuse to go to this one again. Got two plates. Mine was fine but they can never keep string bean chicken on the line or have it fresh. Ordered in the drive through and got it home to three pieces of chicken and a few string beans. Looked like it was already eaten. This was my wife's meal so went back and demanded a refund. Manager spoke very broken english. Said no refunds in store. Had to wait weeks for one from corporate. Also the employee rounded up for donation when I said no twice. What a joke of a location."
"Great place my food was late bet the shift manager was amazing enough to get my food ready asap and he even gave me a little extra for the wait. The food was great as well."
"Ordere online the family meal and none of the bowls were even remotely full... tell me how you can feed 4 boys with half bolws???? You spend $69 to feed your kids and family and you get enough for 2 people. My kids were still hungry and I had to go spend more money so they could actually be full."
"I come to this location at least twice a month and order Cream Cheese Rangoons every time. At least 25% of the times I come, one of the Rangoons is not properly made or is completely empty of the cream cheese filing. Can you please have a better quality check, or let your employees know this reflects poorly on their customer service?"
