"Drive thru window, the 3 pc chicken dinner was not edible, not only did it smell bad but the meat on the chicken leg was gray and black! I tried my wife's catfish she said tasted like chicken, it did.. I guess frying it in the same grease as the chicken, but it was terrible."
"The worst customer service EVER. The food represented the service bar none. We went through the drive-thru and it was also our first time and our LAST. This took place around 2:41 pm on 1/23/24. Never again! The person who took our order acted like we were disturbing him. Again, I say we will not return to this or any other Golden Chick."
"Be sure to check your jalapeños if you get if you get any. Mine were literally GREY and smelled rancid! Also the fried chicken had ZERO flavor. I do mean zeroooo! Not even a drop of salt"
"The manager always has an attitude every time I go through the drive through as he is always working the drive through. His attitude is bringing the whole restaurant down. I’ve only been in the restaurant a couple of times and both times the associates act the same way. It starts with the leader. He’s very rude!!!! Never friendly!!!! I feel bad for this location, they look like they hate their job!! We like the healthy choice of the roasted chicken, not many places have it. I’ll give it one more chance, If his attitude doesn’t change I won’t be back."
"I've never had bad food from Golden Chick, but this location has THE WORST service. The guys who work the window always have a terrible attitude and you can barely understand what they're saying when they take your order."
