"The BBQ gods smiles on this day. We were driving and looking for a new place to try. I saw this place and even though it is a trailer on the side of the road the smell called to us. We tried the brisket, pork belly, ribs, potato salad, baked beans, brisket-biscut, and peach cobbler. Lets start with the negative. the baked beans were OK, but nothing i would do agian. I had high hopes for the potato salad and was a little let down but it was ok. the place is a little hard to find and there are no tables. However, that did not stop us from eating in our car since we were just traveling through. but if you are doing take-out you most likely don't care. With that out of the way . . . . . . . WOW. The brisket was outstanding juicy, moist, great color, good smoke ring, not super fatty but a good crust on the outside. the rub had a good spice but did not overpower the meat. The ribs were just as good, not "fall of the bone" but you don[t want that, you want a little bit of chew to the meat. They had a good smoke ring and great flavor. The brisket-biscut was crispy cloud stuffed with love. I am glad we only got one to try with our group because they are addicting. he peach cobbler was very good. not super sweet but a nice flavor. I saved the best for last. If you have never had smoked pork belly then you have no idea what you are missing this was outstanding with flavor that is making my mouth water as I type this. If I am am ever back in this area agian I am making a point to come back to this spot."

"Stood in line for 15mins and when we reached the window the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge or say a word and asked her after waiting at the window for 5mins if they were busy she just said "yup"... decided to leave and got bbq down the road. I will update my review after my next visit."

"Overall it was very tasty. The brisket biscuits are very unique. They're kind of like a hand held meat pie with a delicious dough filled with with chopped brisket. The sauce was very good and I plan on buying a bottle on my next visit. The potato salad is a warm salad, also very good and worth buying an extra pint or quart. Same for the beans. The sausage was also very good and had a nice kick. The only item I didn't care for was the chicken. Seemed very fatty to me and didn't have much flavor. Oh, and the pork belly bites were yummy."
