"I wanted to try the fish sandwich. When I ordered, I asked the cashier(Saul) could they make it fresh and he said yes. So I watched employee (Elizabeth) make the sandwich. She pulled the fish out of the bin it was sitting in(IDK how long its been there but it wasn't made fresh). Saul went to tell her t make it fresh. I'm watching her roll her eyes suck her teeth, get an attitude and made a rude comment. Like how hard is it for her to do her job. What if it was her ordering food. She was rude. I told Saul at that point I didn't like her unprofessional attitude and I wanted my money back. So I got my money back and left."

"I went through the drive thru. I ordered tenders and they had to charge me for a side of gravy because the gravy is extra but they could give me a sauce. Definitely ordered a random sauce I didn’t want just to prove a point. How are they going to charge 2.99 for gravy but give me sauce for free??? Popeyes, do better"

"We ordered the 5-Piece Chicken Tenders Combo w/ Fries and a side of Mashed Potatoes at the drive-thru window. The food was tasty and the mashed potatoes had a mild spicy flavor. We used a coupon at the drive-thru and he asked for the coupon code. I gave him the coupon code for the tenders (not bone-in). When I got to the window, I gave him the coupon and he looked confused after checking out the coupon. He said I gave him the wrong coupon code. I read the exact number on the coupon with the tenders. Not sure what happened with the code. But, we got the meal we ordered."

"Go somewhere else If I could give negative stars I would Placed my order through the app They refused to serve me through the drive thru Went in to get my and my daughter's order. Waited 30 minutes for blackened chicken. Was told by guy at register it would only be 3 minutes. After 15 minutes passed he said it would be 2 minutes more. Told him he said 3 minutes 15 minutes ago, He told me, "It's not my problem" I said, it's not your problem ? He said yes, It's not my problem. This place is the absolute worst place for fast food. I get home, my order was wrong. Orders are ALWAYS WRONG and the rude employees are there to socialize amongst themselves and customers interrupt that socializing. When you complain they take all the points you've earned away. Management doesn't care, they know even when I stop patronizing this establishment there are tens of thousands of gullible people who unfortunately accept Popeyes' insulting less than substandard service that sabotages their product."
