"I ordered my food online yesterday at 6:32pm. I ordered Regular Hot Chicken Tenders, Fired Up- Medium, Comeback Sauce, House Made Bleu Cheese with a side of Seasoned Tots. I arrived at 6:52pm to pick up my food and the server tells me that they don't have an order for me. I show her my receipt and I'm told that it's going to take another 8 minutes. When she finally brings the food out, she brings sandwiches with fries. I make her aware of the mistake. She corrects the sandwich part, but then tells me that they are out of tater tots and Comeback Sauce. The "House made Blue Cheese, turns out to be Kraft Blue Cheese packets. When I finally start to eat my chicken, I find out the hard way that I have the extra spicy tenders. Terrible presentation, terrible customer service and they will not get any business from my office in the future. Trailer Birds is Trailer Trash!"

"I order a 6 piece hot tender combo with Cajun tots . 2 Nashville hot sandwiches with Mac n cheese . They gave me 12 nuggets, no season/flavor when I asked for hot. Tots were regular, no seasoning, the sandwiches weren’t hot neither only thing right was the freakin mac n cheese . Also wanted Dr Pepper but they were out . Wasn’t busy neither so what’s the excuse"

"This is not trailer birds this is Dickys BBQ. Chicken stripes were burnt dry fry’s were nasty. Never again will I return here since this is a BBQ place. Shouldn’t be advertising a different name when this is a BBQ place. Needs to stay that way"

"Worst Nashville Hot Chicken restaurant in DFW. The food has no flavor. They messed up my ordered and gave me Nashville Fries instead of Nashville Tots. I ordered the spiciest sandwich they had on the menu and it was highly disappointing. The chicken quality is about the same as Krogers frozen chicken tenders. McDonald’s chicken sandwich is way better than Trailer Birds sandwich. This restaurant is also highly overpriced considering the quality and amount of food served. The chicken sandwich is $8 and is a bun with two tenders, nothing more."

"I never write bad reviews but I feel like I have to for this one, I Ordered through Uber and our order came out to $40. The restaurant is at a Dickeys BBQ. The portion sizes were super small, the chicken sandwhich bread is super stale and hard. They did not have everything we ordered and still charged us for it. Chicken was dry and overall quality of the food was bad. Save your time, save your money."
