"Sadly never going back. The drive thru lady was very, very, very rude to me today. I wanted to order what I’ve called “grilled chicken fried rice” something I get for my mother every now and then from this place. Never had an issue until today. At the speaker I ordered using the phrase “grilled chicken fried rice.” This through the lady off and it got her going. She asked what flavor I wanted and I just said grilled chicken with the fried rice. She persisted and asked about the flavor of the entree which confused me. She asked me to pull up to the window which I did and that’s where it got worse. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she loudly responds with “chicken fried rice”. I go yes and she just started raising her voice at me saying “why didn’t I say that instead!?” pretty much over and over. I got rattled by her because I’ve never been treated like this before at this restaurant. She was very upset and if there’s video, you can definitely tell how loud she was. I got frustrated and drove off because she didn’t care that she was yelling at me practically. I’m still bizarrely upset that she went nuts like this. ALL over an extra word which was “grilled” instead of “chicken fried rice”. I wanted to get that for my mom’s birthday lunch today but I went to Panda instead. I wasn’t intentionally trying to upset her because I’ve worked in the industry before so I’m more respectful in that regard. Never in 15 years in Euless I’ve been treated this way by a fast food worker. Like ever."

"The food here is fresh and delicious! They've got the common staples that make Chinese food so good, and then they also have things like "beef and broccoli egg roll". I added a picture of it next to a regular egg roll for visual Insanity. TRY THIS PLACE!!"

"It's best to go in, so you can look at the food, sometimes things can be dry. Try the chicken or beef egg rolls, add extra meat to it. There made fresh to order so expect at least 15 minutes. There to hot to eat right away. Pen in photo is for size reference. The lady behind the counter can be rude most of the time. She is hit or miss just like the food. I really only go for the egg roles. Also a single order of noodles is $5, might as well get a whole meal for $9."

"Food is good, if the lady takes your order make sure you tell her the size you want because she will automagically going to choose for you. Fountain drinks were not working so we had to get bottled soda. If you ask for extra silverware and container (to share) they charge."
