"Food was good. I had my food to go as I ordered for 5 people all together. I didn't check my food before leaving the restaurant. When I got back to work and distributed food. I learned that I was missing some of my orders. Since it was my fault also for not verifying before departing from there, I am also to blame.. But I will go there again."
"Food 3.5/5 Price 4/5 Service N/A (Drive thru and limited interaction) Decent service, nothing too crazy to report. Fries were squishy but were great after a couple minutes in the airfryer. Tenders were meaty and had a nice size. Sauces were lacking heavily, gelatinous gloop with flavor profiles that didn’t tickle the brain. I got the jalapeno ranch and regular ranch. However, their biscuit might be the best in the game of fast food, it’s like if Babe’s and church’s biscuit had a baby. Crispy, fluffy, and dense. I don’t have any plans on coming back here until they bring bone-in chicken. I heard it was supposed to be a little spicy but it wasn’t and the seasoning was non-existent. I’ll have to try an original bojangles with the full menu and give a real review."
"The food was good and hot. The employees were nice and efficient but when we entered the restaurant we weren’t sure which way to go in the line to order. We weren’t the only ones confused but we got our food and it was delicious. The only thing we were disappointed about is this location does not sell bone-in chicken, mashed potatoes, Cajun filet sandwich, and Cajun pintos. Also, the fries were not seasoned. My family is from North Carolina and these items are on the menu at every location. Even though we didn’t get what we came for we still enjoyed ourselves."
"Bojangles Chicken truly deserves a five-star rating! The experience was exceptional, and LA, one of their employees, made our visit unforgettable. On a particularly tough day, LA's kindness and warmth brightened our spirits. His genuine smile and friendly demeanor went above and beyond, making us feel like valued guests. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The restaurant's cleanliness only added to the positive atmosphere. Thanks to LA and Bojangles, what had have been a difficult day felt a little less sad. We'll definitely be back for both the fantastic food and the exceptional service!"
