"At the drive-thru, we ordered the Crispy Chicken Strips and Ultimate Cheeseburger. The food was fine and my kids enjoyed their meals. When I completed my order at the drive-thru, I told the order taker that I had a coupon for both meals and she said to bring them to the window. Once I pulled up to the window, I handed her both coupons. Then, I was told that they could only accept one coupon and to choose which one I wanted to use. I was a bit disappointed because I got the impression that I could use both. The meal prices at Jack in the Box are much higher than other fast food places, so the coupons were nice to have but sadly they don't allow more than one coupon like other places."
"Unable to provide feedback about the atmosphere, I went through the drive through. Both breakfast sandwiches were luke warm at best. I know this could happen on the drive home, except the cheese wasn't melted."

"Came exactly a year ago and nothings changed .. still had the worst service.. this time there was an employee standing outside “ washing the drive thru” but standing at the window talking to the girl in drive thru.. meanwhile the front counter guy was standing on his phone when we drove around.. I said hello 3 times and never got a response .. waited about 10 mins and didn’t receive service so drove off.. what a waste.. were 4 hours away from a jack & the experience here is always terrible.. it’s ridiculous. If you don’t wanna work quit! The customers are the reason you’re getting a paycheck. Poor service."
"Look at this sad portion I got for 5.99 plus tax (just the sandwich) And they had their lobby door locked so I couldn't even go in to ask for another. C'mon do a little better"
