Piada Italian Street Food

"Great customer service. I was greeted with smiles from the entire staff and was served promptly. Food was fresh , chicken was tender. There was an error with my card. Jaylyn and the manager were so patient and didn’t make me feel rushed. They eventually fixed the issue and I got to enjoy my food. Such a positive experience !"

"Definitely not your average or typical Italian restaurant. It’s like Italian fast food. We live in the area and noticed this new restaurant so we decided to give it a try. Let me just say that the inside of the restaurant is soooo hot, it’s ridiculous. It’s possibly due to the big long stove they have which doesn’t seem very efficient because it’s too big and not al of it is being used. The girls that were adding sauce/toppings were so quiet. I had to ask them to repeat what they said 3 times and still couldn’t hear them. They had to point at what they were asking which is funny because I don’t have bad hearing by any means. I got the big bowl of carbonara with spaghetti and my boyfriend got the big bowl basil pesto pasta with penne. The carbonara sauce was too bland and the bacon tasted waaaay too much like bacon. They also didn’t add enough sauce to either pastas. I did like the pesto a lot more. I got the hot fried chicken and I DO NOT recommend it. I like spicy foods but this was on a whole different level lmao. My boyfriend who eats more spicy food than me thought it was too spicy. I feel like we were really rushed so I didn’t get all the toppings I wanted. The portion sizes were big! But, I probably will return back and customize my pasta more to my liking. As a side note: it seems like a lot of these reviews are not genuine and people are just reviewing for free drinks which is pretty wack /:"

"We thought we’d try something different; we’re glad we did. Piada had enough variety to make everyone in our bunch happy. We had a piada, which was great. I wasn’t sure about having pasta in a wrap, but it worked. You can customize everything. The salad was good. The meatballs were delicious. The pastas were good. The cannoli bites and dips were everyone’s favorites. The only disappointment were the breadsticks. They were just a bit overdone. We ate all but the ends."

"The place was hopping, the staff was bumblin around but still pulled off good service. They've only been open 3 weeks. We decided to take it to go because we were feeling cramped in the crowded and small dining area. I found it odd that the sides/desert menu was seperate and you didn't see it til standing at the register. Portions are big, we ordered a small and regular size. Lots of options. Food was delicious! We'll definitely be back to try something different."

"My husband and I attended the VIP event during lunch. We had the Basil Pesto and the Carbonara Pasta and they were delicious! We got a canoli sample which was very good and a brownie which was delicious. The atmosphere great too."
