"We went to Kirby’s for our anniversary. This was such a great experience. From the moment we walked in every staff member greeted us with “Happy Anniversary, thank you for celebrating your evening with us.” The food was exceptional. I had the “Steak and Cake” (5 oz filet and 3 oz crab cake) it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the ribeye. Also cooked to perfection. We were also treated to the house chocolate cake - so good! The entire team at Kirby’s is attentive and extremely friendly. I highly recommend spending your time and money here. Thank you Astrid for such a great experience. Your staff and you rock!"

"Decided to have my wife's birthday dinner at this location. We have eaten numerous times at the WinStar Kirby's. This particular location really stepped up the ambience and the level of service not to mention the exceptional menu selection. I had no complaints and we passed a wonderful evening our Server Korey was extremely professional. He will now be our server of choice. Thanks for a wonderful evening I now know where I will take visitors!"

"This was my first time coming to this establishment and I felt very welcomed. From the host greeting me when I came in to the manager who wanted to help me with the bouquet of flowers I had brought for a birthday dinner. The appetizers were amazing even with one error being replaced for another, it was a welcoming one. My entree was amazing in every aspect, the place is obviously known for their amazing steak but do not feel you need to shy away from their seafood. I do appreciate our server being patient with all the requests my table had but I couldn’t get over the fact it was very very drawn out. I got their at 7pm and when we were all done it looked like they were already closing up. Maybe that is something someone wouldn’t mind but it is something someone should be aware of when coming here. Overall experience was exceptional but it was a very long dinner."

"Our time at Kirby’s was splendid and memorable! We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary. The martinis, food, and cuisine was delicious and exquisite! Our waitress Adrienne was attentive, friendly, and caring - she knows what hospitality means. We were delighted when Teddy and Astrid visited our table - you can tell that there is a One-Team approach as everyone helped one another. The whole experience was personalized, everyone knew we were there to celebrate our special occasion. We will be back very soon. We even received a very nice card at the end - to us that was something quite special and we will not forget. What an Amazing night at Kirby’s!!! Thank you so much!"
