"The store closes at 11pm we went at 10pm and they didn’t have half of the items. How are you not gonna have anything an hour before closing when the place is still pretty busy? and not be willing to make more. People were coming in and leaving cause they didn’t have anything prepared. You’re supposed to “close” the store after the store is closed or 20 mins before closing not when people are still coming in an ordering an hour before closing. ALSO the chips were very very stale. This place sucks."

"I've frequented the Chipotle and unfortunately, my recent experience reflects a consistent problem. The veggie station is most of the time empty, leading to extended wait times for replenishment. During my last visit, I waited almost 20-30 minutes for it to be refilled, and what bothered me the most was the complete lack of communication from the staff regarding the delay or when the veggies were finally refilled. During the entire wait, I received no information or updates. Effective communication is crucial in such situations, and it was sorely lacking here. Customers should be informed about delays or expected wait times to manage expectations. I hope the management takes note of this feedback to improve customer experience. Transparency and communication can make a significant difference. Wish there was zero star option."

"I came on halloween to take advantage of their $6 entrees around 9pm and it was so so busy in there. Even though it was super busy and very stressful in there, every single worker that we interacted with was so kind and helpful. I like coming to this Chipotle out of all of the other ones in the area and this just confirms that I need to keep coming back here! I was so appreciative of all of the workers serving everyone and their kind attitudes! Never before have I received customer service like this."

"I ordered a burrito bowl with LIGHT rice, 1/2 barbacoa & 1/2 pulled pork, the regular beans, corn, etc., and SOUR CREAM. I got a big chunk of fat with some barbacoa, a TON of rice, about a teaspoon of carnitas, and NO sour cream. (SEE PICS). I like salt, but this concoction was so salty that every bite was a chore. If my bad order was just an isolated occurrence, I wouldn't even write a review, but it seems to be a continued thing for this Chipoltle on Loop 288 in Denton. The past three times I have purchased food at this location, it has been pretty horrible. Unfortunately, I have now lost any desire to eat Chipoltle at any location... PERIOD."
