Sonic Drive-In

"The next closest sonic is truly not that far away. You might save yourself a head ache and half an hour if you just go to the next one over. Stall 11's kiosk is broken. Either that or the employees chose to ignore us so long that the button reset multiple times but I don't think so. After moving to stall 15, we actually got a response (granted the quality of the speakers is not good for those with auditory processing issues) which is why I think it's just a broken stall and not the employees' fault. It's just frustrating when a mobile order says it's going to be ready at 3:48 in the app, we arrive at 3:45, and then we don't get food until 4:28. At least put up a sheet of paper on the kiosks that don't work. There was also only one person running food which shows management is poor as they should not be understaffing busy shifts like this. It should be emphasized that this is not something employees can control. They didn't do anything wrong. This is purely the fault of management."

"Food was not great. Kids grilled cheese was overdone, to the point of being chewy. Popcorn chicken was gross and the fries tasted like raw potatoes. The shouting through the speaker from the guy who took my order was a bit much. He seemed annoyed by the taking of my order. He was interruptive and intimidating, causing me to end my ordering prematurely. A big meh, but I was in town for a doctor’s appt and it’s about what I expected from Sonic."

"Terrible service!! Tonight I door dashed an order and it was only a medium mozzarella sticks and small shake and the girl took 27 minutes! There was nobody there so they were not busy! I had to push the button twice and she came out right away. She doesn’t even seem like she wants to work, kept walking all slow making a face like she didn’t want to work. Her name was Dayonna. She needs to get another job! Terrible service."

"So I usually go to the sonic and I get really good service. But whoever works here that takes your order is very rude. Does not listen interrupts you and is very very loud and obnoxious. I will not be going to the sonic anymore."

"The worst Sonic in the area. Have been told several times that they won't sell bags of ice. Food is never cooked all the way (mozzarella sticks and tater tots most of the time). Thank God I took a bite of the oreo shake I got before giving it to my daughter who has peanut/tree nut/egg allergies. It had butterfinger in it and had clearly been over blended in an attempt to dilute it. The incompetence is unreal in teenagers today."
