"I’m still giving a good review because I love coming here. I come here every day. However, professional feedback should be just that…professional. I watched one of the shift leads (?) be what appeared to be berated the entire time I waited for my drinks. I understand the limitations in a setup like this but there’s got to be a way to not do it in front of customers. For the record that shift lead is always busting his butt."
"Pressed red button and waited for 5 minutes, no service. Stall was not closed and screen/button appeared to be working... I understand you are busy, but a simple "Give us one moment" would have sufficed"
"The food and drinks are good MOST of the time BUT I got food posioning once from here, the chillie. Always been sketched by the chillie. And also tonight i got slushies that were unflavorful and tasted like mildew!! I truly wonder how often they clean machines and replace food/drinks.."
"I get very tired of going to Sonic and feel like I am being pressured to give any and all change to the car hops. It is at all of them not just this location. They either conveniently forget to bring change with them or they flat out ask you if you want your change back. I understand everyone is trying to make a living but I think this is rude."
"It's really hot outside about a week ago and my little one was miserable. We got some cold drinks and the car hop was just amazing at making my daughter smile. We had an issue with our order and Jasmin made sure that we got our order. Thanks you for the good attitude in this heat!"
