"Honest Review Food: We ordered the Texas Ramen and the Hoshi Ramen. As well as the pork buns. I think the bean sprouts are pretty overwhelming. I’m not sure how they cook it differently, but I don’t recall the taste being so strong. But overall the food was excellent. Also, the egg was like a hard boiled egg. Not the traditional soy egg. In all, I would order and eat it again. Service: EXCELLENT. I was quite impressed how hardworking and efficient the two kids running the floor are. The weather has been gloomy and the place was busy. Every table full. And I received excellent service. Prompt. Very respectful. A1. Atmosphere: Cute date spot. You’ll like it. It’s a bit modern but it’s a nice vibe. I would recommend it for a date night. Solid spot all in all. We enjoyed it and will return."

"I took my grandson here as he really likes their Ramen. It was really good my first time here. Nicholas was a great server he took great care of us & was very attentive. I got the garlic Ramen with chicken. My grandson got the Saba noodle spicy which he really liked. It’s a cold noodle. We also got the Mochi ice cream, which is really good"

"I ordered the Hoshi Ramen to try the house specialty, and a side of edamame sticks. Both were delicious and made to order with fresh tasting quality ingredients and a richness to the ramen that was pleasant and filling. The atmosphere was serene and inviting with a modern touch. The staff was pleasant and keeping in touch with their tables ensuring excellent service. I will absolutely go back, and can’t wait to try other things on their menu!"

"I recently moved to Keller and was excited to try out a ramen spot in the neighborhood. Apps : I got the chashu bun and karaage. The bun tasted fine, nothing special, feel like it needs some more flavor than just okonomi sauce. Karaage was NOT authentic but tasted good - not sure how but I think they should give you a dipping sauce (I asked for spicy mayo) and feel much better. Ramen : I got the Kimchi ramen (regular size as the picture). The toppings they put were literally too much, also the garlic chip made the taste went downgrade than it’s supposed to be. I barely can smell anything but garlic. Very salty as well. The egg is supposed to be marinated (ajitama) and it was just a plain, overcooked egg. Boiled corn was an odd to the ramen as well. The vibe, interior is really cozy, well-decorated and the service was good! Overall I hope they could fix the ramen since there would be some kinks for new restaurants. Will be back to try if anything changes."
