"Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time through a promotion I had for a free sandwich. Specifically stated NO CHEESE PLEASE due to a dairy issue. Got it home and covered in melted cheese. I had also requested it not be warmed. I couldn’t eat it. I contacted the manager who stated they were sorry about that but since I got it free they wouldn’t replace it. I didn’t have to taste the food to have the place leave me a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back. Plenty of places for our family to eat in Keller."

"I love firehouse and my sandwich is always amazing! I eat here atleast once a week because of the gluten free bread. But, they always ask if I want a pickle spear or I say I want one, and only get one about 25% of the time. Why even ask at that point?? I even started ordering online and still didn’t get one. And then my sandwich hasn’t been being cut in half either."
"This was my first time in here, I work at a restaurant by this location and wanted to try something different for lunch. Walking in the door we was welcomed by 2 employees. Looking at the menu which looked amazing i got the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. That was the best sandwich I've ever had. I also decided to buy some BBQ sauce and this backdraft sauce. Both tasted amazing but that backdraft sauce is phenomenal! I'm hooked, I will definitely be back and I've convinced my wife to go and she don't like sandwich places all that well, this place will change her mind. Excellent service and excellent Food!"
