"My first visit here tonight. Please hire more workers, the young girl behind the counter was definitely overwhelmed. The portions were very small for the amount of money I paid for the plate $16. Not sure if I'll be back. The barbecue salmon was delicious, but again extremely small for the price."

"I love the chain and never really had a problem with the food not being tasty. The best one is in Atlanta. I've been to several, and the customer service is amazing. The atmosphere at this location is the beat. I always order 3 or 4 meals so I won't have to cook for the week. It's reasonable, so the cooking, driving, time, and cost of buying groceries would be compatible with buying here. plus I only eat once a day."

"I first tried sweet green in the Berkeley area in California and thought it was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find this location. I went in and ordered 5 different salads so I can meal prep for my week. The staff was very accommodating and packed wet and dry ingredients separately. The ingredients were very fresh and the dressings were savory. I will be definitely be going back. The location has a lot to offer."

"We happily order from Sweetgreens in Southlake 3-4 times a week and the experience I just had completely ruins it. My daughter ordered an $8 chicken plate and it came with tortilla chip crumbs and a sparse amount of chickpeas. This is something we order multiple times a week and it never looks like this. I went back in the store after picking it up to show the employees and have them correct the mistake and instead, they were rude and said "sorry, that's all we are allowed to give you." When I asked if that meets their expectations including the tortilla crumbs, the MOD said "sorry we have to use a scoop on the chips and it's breaks them. That is the best we can do." I asked for a refund and she said I'll have to email support online since I ordered in the Sweetgreen app. On top of all of that, we ordered two other salads, one had 4 pieces of chicken and the other 5. WAY less than normal. This was a very recoverable experience for that Team and instead they just lost a previously very loyal customer and I hope everyone that reads this takes note. We will be taking our lunch/dinner money to establishments that treats their customers well. Hopefully this is a good reminder that one sour manager/employee can destroy a customers loyalty in one exceptionally poor experience."

"Was really liking this place as it had replaced our previous go-to salad place despite the limited selection of toppings. Today, however, when they tacked on additional charges without advising there would be additional charges for a second scoop of almonds and an extra squirt of dressing after never before doing so, well, this was my last visit!! If there are going to be extra charges, it is the employees responsibility to advise such! With that said, there are other places better and less expensive so buhbye!!"
