"Last two times with takeout about a month apart, they only provided this tiny spot of gravy in the mashed potatoes & gravy. To happen twice is a trend if not a practice. They used to include a reasonable amount. This is barely a teaspoon. Very cheap practice on their part. Is this their standard practice now?"
"We picked up our food here, DT #3089 on 1-20-24 at 5:40 pm. As usual the chicken and rolls were really good but we ordered the family meal with two sides. Coleslaw was bitter, mashed potatoes were discolored and did not taste well, gravy was watery with lots of lumps in it. Our meal was a disappointment and all sides and gravy were tossed in the trash."
"I ate there twice and had that spicy chicken tenders which were awesome. The next time I tried the fish fillets and they were fresh but a little bit dry. Other than that customer service was nice. And you get a lot of food."
"I stop because the line was short and the chicken express near my home is good. I thought this location would be good too. The fish was super salty, my tea was drinkable…. I gave it a two star because my corn nuggets were awesome!! I loved my corn nuggets. He kept my change , it was $11.?? Something and I gave him $15 and he rushed me off and gave me my food so fast and closed the window. I was like okay , God bless you my guy !! Enjoy the change!! I won’t ever stop at this location ever again ."
"Catfish was dry, hush puppys had absorbed a lot fo grease but the food was ready the second I ordered it. The service was quick and very curious."
