"Went through the drive thru and there was a Hispanic young lady with glasses, long dark hair, and a tattoo on her hand that snatched my money and was not personable. She was very dry and did not have a good customer service attitude. The food tasted okay even though there was no ice in the tea but I was not pleased with the service from her."
"My wife went and got us dinner, when she got home we opened our family pack to find our chicken tenders to all be like jerky. All the chicken was over cooked. Waste of $50!!!!!"

I asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy and they still put gravy on it even though they told me they could put it on the side. I also asked for individual chicken salad and they did not add it even though they asked me if I wanted a family size or an individual size. They kept asking me "is that it?""
