"Love the food so we eat there a lot. However, this is the third time we have ordered salads online only to get the food home and realize they have forgotten to pack the dressings and the extras that go with it. It’s very disappointing and so much hassle to go back and get the missing items."

"I went through the drive thru. The guy taking orders was super nice, but I want to point out the lady at the “window”. I believe her name was Lisa (name started with an L). She had so much energy. It was contagious. I loved it. I noticed her from 2 cars behind. She was moving and groovin’! I loved it!! Service was obviously great and food was delicious. Thank you!!"
"Don’t get me wrong. I love Chik-Fil-A. However, I have a service dog and the manager immediately told me that I cannot have a dog in the establishment. I replied that I can. She tried to argue.. I explained it was Federal Law. Then she turned around and picked up the phone to call someone and disappeared. Now the customers are looking at me shaking their heads. People to to self educate themselves, before making assumptions."
