"Employees were friendly and the chicken was awesome! That was the good. The bad was none of the dirty tables were cleaned during my visit. Restroom had broken soap dispenser, and items not stocked. The dining room was extremely COLD!"

"I was feeling something between a fast food joint and a full serve sit down casual restaurant so I ended up at El Pollo Loco. The food is super fresh, cooked on a open grill where you can see. The quality of food for the price point is really great. I got the Original Pollo Bowl Combo as seen in one of the pictures posted on this review. It includes the drink for a whooping $5 + tax. Wow, what a great deal for freshly made food. Good, fast, inexpensive food. Enjoy! Update: I haven’t been here a while so I had lunch there today. Everything was still good. Fresh food served quickly at a reasonable price."

"Can't believe we haven't stopped before but so glad we did. Service was very friendly & the food was so good. The chicken was very flavorful and the mac & cheese was so good. The manager Denzel was an awesome manager & constantly stayed busy taking out orders but always checking on the people in the dining room. Rosa took our order & she has such a positive attitude & beautiful smile."
