"While 1 star reviews are generally over exaggerated complaints, mine is a built up accumulation of mediocre and bad experiences. The to-go service is horrible, my food has been cold upon receipt more often than not and I do not have to travel far to reach this location. Service inside the restaurant has dwindled, you have limited interaction with the servers/waitstaff and are expected/encouraged to leave an 18% or more tip on the automated payment machines. Pretty soon I imagine they'll have us placing our orders on there as well while still expecting a generous tip. To be clear, I have no problem tipping for good service but I do when all you do is the equivalent of a sonic car hop."

"Too much lazy millennial entitlement going on in this restaurant with not enough grownup leadership to babysit them. Waited about 8 minutes before I approached for my order & when I finally ordered it the waitress did not bring it out immediately & started serving other tables around before someone else brought it to me. Eventually my order came out & waitress brought me no utensils or napkins. When I asked for some steak sauce I was given a nearly an empty bottle of it. At that point I simply just paid my bill as it was under $20 & went to eat at high dollar Mexican restaurant down the street & was given much better quality of service for my money. If you want mediocre service go here but if you value the services for your money I would strongly suggest going elsewhere."

"The food was great, as usual. Our server wasn’t as attentive as I would have preferred, but he was ok. The chicken bacon avocado lunch special sandwich was more than sufficient to satisfy an appetite, but it came with fries, and an order of soup- I selected Tortilla Soup. My lunch partner ordered the triple appetizer and had about half of hers leftover to go. Always a pleasure to eat at Chili’s"

"We ordered our burgers at the counter bc when I attempted to do it in the app I got an error msg stating it was unable to contact the restaurant. So I went inside and ordered at the counter. The lady was very nice. I ordered two mushroom Swiss burgers, But I don’t recall that she asked how I wanted them cooked. Then went in my car to wait. We didn’t wait but maybe 10 min to get our food my husband even said wow that was quick. When we got home and opened our burgers were both burned & charred. We were so hungry, we ate it but totally regret it now because we’re nauseated and have a burnt taste in our mouths! Very disappointing burger for chili’s they are usually the best. We honestly crave the Chilis burgers."
