"I went in they were very busy and there was a really sweet young lady by the name of Hannah who held me. Very friendly smiling and very happy to help. The cashier by the name of Merla was very RUDE to Hannah and talking very disrespectfully and insulting in front of customers telling her that she needed to do something a certain way and that she has told her twice already. I am a firm believer of you treat people how you want to be treated and the way she was talking to her was out of line and very embarrassing. Merla never smiled one time after waiting in that long line. It seems like she was UPSET to even be at work. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there. And then she started speaking in Spanish to another coworker after she said that to Hannah. I feel sorry for her that she has to work in that type of environment!! Management should really do something about this."

"I generally enjoy Panda Express, but the last 3 times I've gone to the one on Beach, they don't have any terriacki chicken. I have gone at 11 am, 2 pm and after 4 pm. There is no reason for them not to have any. I am going to try a different one from now on, hopefully with better results."

"If I could give negative stars I would. It actually really irritates me that I have to leave one star for this review. I waited for over 65 minutes in their lobby AFTER my mobile order was supposed to be finished. I talked to 5 different associates 6 different times and they just continued to ignore me. The manager finally showed up from wherever he had been hiding and made my order after the second time I had to ask him. No apology from anybody, no offer of anything. This is without a doubt the absolute worst eating establishment I had EVER been to"

"Don't know what the point of online ordering is, when every time I get there after the ready time they don't even start putting it together til you get there. So it's never ready and always involves an added wait, because now u have to wait through the line to tell them you're there, then wait some more for them to put it together... Plus even though we asked for sweet and sour, they failed to mention they were out until after I asked for some extra"

"I know I went before the dinner rush where fresh food is pretty much guaranteed, but what I got was absolutely inedible and disgusting. The chicken was incredibly dry and old & you could barely stab it with a real fork, let alone the plastic one. The broccoli beef, the meat you see is what was served 4 pieces & two fragments smaller than my pinky nail. And half of the broccoli was still raw. Now, I like raw broccoli, but not when it is supposed to be cooked, and is only half done. All of it looked as though it had been sitting out for a few hours at least. And the Rangoons were chewy like rubber, also like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I called and requested a refund (I also offered to bring it to them as I was NOT eating this) they said take pictures & throw it away, which I did, and that a manager would call me the following day. Surprise, surprise, no one called! I called the store, and now employee #2 tells me the manager is out for the week, no one to process refunds, it's just her & a cook. I let her know I'll be there in 20 minutes, please figure out how to do it in the mean time. (Yes, complete Karen, I hate being lied to) Get to the store, employees try to play ignorant, cook comes up, tries to not speak English but gets across no refunds. I show him the pictures, they offer a "free plate", and I absolutely refuse (everythjng on the line looked awful). I gave in & tried this place once again after over a year because of the same garbage over a year ago. No, just give me my money & we'll be done. I did cuss (not going to lie, after working 52 hours in 4 days, I was NOT in the mood, but I did not cuss AT him, which to me is very different. I just in general have potty mouth, not that it forgives it, but it is what it is) as I was incredibly frustrated, especially with the language barrier and him literally just shrugging his shoulders at me like, "oh, well". No. In the end, he gave me my $ back, and I'll still be contacting corporate. Again, yes, very Karen, im aware, and right this second idk to be honest. I work hard for my money & get really mad when people knowingly try to give you garbage or screw you over, and then outright lie to you. Never again Panda Express. Avoid this place like the plague."
