"We bought a 20 piece tender meal, gizzard meal, and corn nuggets. We did not get the nuggets, and the gizzard wear dry and old. I just tested positive for Covid, so my daughter went to pick it up. I called and explained what had happened. She told me I had to bring the whole meal back. I asked her if she could just take a name. That I would save the gizzards to take back up there. I have Covid, my daughter took their part. She was rude when I told Her I could not bring it up. She informed me to enjoy my cold food."
"This was a horrible job experience I don't recommend working here. The workers here where full of unnecessary drama, lies, and very childish rumers. The manager Mike was a child who never admitted he was wrong and blamed everyone for his mistakes. He also added on everyone drama and listened to other childish rumers by then believeing them and deducting hours even though I did my best everyday to keep my job. They target soft people who just want to do their job and keep away from everyone's drama. Overall horrible place."
"I went in tonight and picked up a 16-piece mixed family pack with 3 family sides, and everything came like it was supposed to, BUT the fried pickles were very, very sad. I could have probably ordered a meal with fried pickles and got the same amount. The fried okra was done more than normal, and they didn't have a lot of corn nuggets either."
"They ran out of pieces of chicken for the order I made, and instead of it being a huge issue they hooked it up really good for me, and made sure I was taking care of, so I would be able to get straight home to my family. Thank you both! Jim and Heather are the best and the most helpful!"
"Waited at least 15 minutes for them to cook us fresh livers and gizzards. The Gizzards were cold and the service was even colder. The manager sarcastically said Have a nice day as I drove off with cold food that I spent $43.00 on. I then went inside and his attitude was really bad. He promised me that the gizzards were fresh. When I ask him if he wanted to see he said no. They weren’t even lukewarm!!! Will not be back to this location!!!"
