"Good food but it took forever to get. The ice machine is broken and the sodas didn’t taste right. The employees argued in Spanish the entire time we were there and totally ignored my wife when she wanted more ice from behind the counter."

"As a general manager at a restaurant and ex employee at taco bueno I can tell you with certainty that this place has terrible customer service and serving product undercooked as the meat I got was not fully cooked. I got a quesadilla thru the drive thru and when I return to work I ate half and then took the other half out and it had mold on the tortilla, truly not a big deal just wanted another remake but instead I get there and showed them the product the girl grabbed it and walked away. No apology or anything and then the shift lead or whoever was in charge had the audacity to ask me if I put that there. Went back and forth with her but never apologized or showed any kind of respect from her or the crew. Just imagine getting food with mold and then being blamed for it. You’re better off going to the one on cooper Fast food restaurant have definitely given up on customer service as they know they customer will return for their cheap product. I myself will never buy taco bueno again. It’s a dying company from the inside out"

"haven’t been to this location in a while because of bad experiences in the past. but i really wanted taco bueno last night and gave it a shot. tacos were delicious, came out in a timely manner. i didn’t know the party burrito had beans on it, and i don’t like beans. someone who wasn’t working the counter came up and replaced it with a party taco. he was very happy to give me my taco and very forgiving. will definitely be back soon."

"I've been to this specific Taco Bueno many times before and I have always had a great experience. Today I used the pick up option on door dash for Taco Bueno so I had ordered ahead. Although they took a little longer than expected to make a few tacos, I didn't mind. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. They had plenty of toppings and things at their sauce/topping bar but they were quite low on the sauces so it was a little hard to scoop it up. The food was very good and it tasted fresh. Overall, my experience at this Taco Bueno location has been quite positive."

"We ordered over Uber Eats (we were told we'd get a refund, so that's good). I'm glad we didn't go in person because I don't know if we'd get our money back. We ordered beef burritos and recieved just bean burritos with very little filling. Luckily the other items we ordered were correct."
