I opted to exchange one item, but since they didn't have what I wanted in the store, it was able to be ordered online to be shipped to my home for free. Lane Bryant is pricey, but they do have quality products & great sales. One of the two sales ladies present, Erica I believe, was very friendly, personable, & helpful, & I greatly appreciated that."

"The staff here are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you find what you're looking for and recommend what they think you'd like. There's the option to order online for pick up at the store or you can order something from the store to ship directly to your home. The store is clean and well-organized. They have fitting rooms with 3 mirrors for almost 360 view. I find most items here overpriced, however, sales are great when they have them. Overall happy with my purchases here."
