"Great place to buy from, if you answer the phone and communicate like any grown adult the store will work with you, now if y’all hide and duck flexi around when the payments due then what do y’all expect? They give you hundreds of dollars in merchandise with a little down payment and y’all get mad when they try and collect? Lol if you can’t afford it just return otherwise it’s called stealing. The staff is great! Bad payers are the ones who seem to have a problem!"

"The staff is very nice but the MANAGER STEVE himself was very rude. I was asking one of the staff information about my account and the manger stepped into help. I never once raised my voice or was rude to anyone and the manager was talking to me like if I was being rude. Besides that accusing me of wanting to make the employees look bad which I would NEVER do. I just wanted answers about my account and if I have to pay I will pay. But there is no reason for a manager to raise his voice when there was no need to. Never have I been so humiliated."

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL STOKES, AND WHILE I HAVE BEEN UNDER A DOCTOR'S CARE, THEY HAVE CONSTANTLY HARASSED ME, THREATENED ME, ATTACKED ME VERBALLY, HAVE TOLD LIES ON ME, MADE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST ME & HAVE BEATEN ON MY DOOR VIOLENTLY AFTER I HAVE PAID THEM AT LEAhST $1200.00 ----$1500.00. THEY PROVIDE -- NO -- CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. & ARE -- SEVERELY -ABUSIVE!! I AM FILING A LAWSUIT & CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM --AT-- ALL. I HAPPEN TO BE A -- RETIRED -- CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST, A CUSTOMER -SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE', A CUSTOMER & CONSUMER --ADVOCATE-- A TRAINER, A SUPERVISOR, & A MANAGER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE --. NOW -- I SEE WHY EVERY TIME I'VE GONE TO THAT STORE, IT IS COMPLETELY EMPTY & I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE!
