Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Another location but looks like the same standard of customer service. Walk in with no line and no one behind me or in sight. Ask for a quesadilla and with the worst attitude possible she says that's for online orders only. First that makes no sense but regardless there are a dozen better ways to communicate this but it seems to be the standard at Chipotle to be beyond rude. They proceed to build me a disaster of a burrito that I don't even eat and ended up trashing it."

"this is the first time I even cared about leaving a Google review Been going here for years now and this hasnt been a problem When I ask for double chicken i expect double chicken, this new hire (im assuming) doesnt know portions which is fine I willingly paid for a double chicken bowl with a single portion of chicken because: #1 I would rather save my energy than debate with kids #2 I do not want to be that guy Its just ridiculous that I would have to speak up, I don’t want to spend the energy to do that, and I’m okay with you guys profiting off of me, just don’t keep making this a problem for me its annoying I have greater things to do than leave a review because you guys dont know your own portions Please train your employees better i want to just go in and get out with my food"

"Updated (2/9/2024 8PM): Another less-than-impressive visit to this location in Southlake. While one employee was making my food, another employee was cleaning the steam table with a soapy, sloppy brillo pad right beside her and splashing water everywhere, including into the pans of beans. Both employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually paying attention to customers. I think I'm done patronizing this location. Visited this store tonight and was unimpressed when I asked for a "side" of rice, to go along with my burrito. I received a 4oz condiment cup worth of rice which cost me $1.10. When I asked if I could get the larger paper container (perhaps 8-10oz?) of rice, I was told that the rice could only be sold in this small container. So, I took my thimbleful of rice and went on my way. I should have gone next door to the Asian place and picked up a reasonable side of rice. The burrito was good, however."

"This location (my most visited) is regularly unable to cope with the lunch rush from the school less than a mile away, as well as business professionals, despite knowing that there will be consistent traffic during the lunch rush. The mobile ordering system is regularly down and staff are almost always short with customers trying to receive mobile orders. Portions are much smaller compared to 90% of Chipotle locations I have visited nationwide (~50 locations). This is an issue which needs to be addressed promptly."

"Take a look at the photo I attached and tell me that is double chicken. At least they gave me a free entree when I opened a ticket. I order from here every Thursday at the same time and every single time it has been a good portion size. This? It ain’t. Cmon employees."
