"The man checking cars in is completely rude and acts like he doesn't want to work"

"2-12-24 time about 1: 00pm I was at Walmart auto center because I had a tire to blow out on my car on the way to Walmart and I asked the workers in the auto department for help in ordering me a new tire they treated me so rude they told me they didn't have my size tire and they couldn't order me one . I couldn't believe that I was being treated so bad by them because We spends a lot of money with this store. And they left me sitting there until I had my car towed to pep boys and they immediately started to assist helping me with my car they ordered me a tire right away now that's what I call customer service ."

"Ordered 2 tires on Friday. They said they'd call when they received them. Never called. I tried calling and no one ever answered the phone in the tire center. Finally went up there the next Wednesday to find out they'd been in since Monday, this whole time I've been driving on a doughnut just waiting on these tires. First, I go inside to see if they've arrived, no one helps me.. I push the customer associate button for help several times and no one shows up.. I finally go back to my car, drive around and wait in line just to find out my tires were in and to make an appointment to get them put on. Really frustrated With the lack of communication, customer service and available employees.."

"So Jared at this store was amazing I show up in tow truck I can’t remember his name but immediately comes up and says we’re closing in an hour. Well that’s great. I need a tire basically goes about saying how we probably doesn’t think we have it in stock. So after some searching, they find it pretty expensive tire. I’m a few bucks short and stuck again I can’t remember his name says there’s nothing we can do Jared You didn’t have to by any means one of the nicest things I’ve seen in quite some time. Thank you you got an employee."

"I got there about ten minutes before closing, and the lead technician, named Christian, still had his technicians go ahead and install the battery I came for. I had just come from another Walmart in White Settlement, and they didn’t have the battery that I needed. At this location, they had one left! And I got it! The technicians were all great! Very happy with their great service!"
