"Do not get your screen repairs done here , they use cheap parts ! You can buy a screen on Amazon for 20$ . Take it someone else that knows what they're doing . My iPhone 11 needed a screen repair and they charged 200$ for just a screen and to repair it ... So i did it because I needed a phone . Every 30 days after the repair, which I went SEVERAL TIMES, my touch would stop working on my phone , it would glitch BAD ! So I would take it back and they would look at it and replace my screen to see if it would help and it did for a few weeks . I also saw my screen would come up on the corner and I would have to push it back in . 3 times total they did the screen repair and by time the third came around of me showing up he told me I needed to go to Best buy to get it diagnosed because it " can't be the screen if it doesn't fix it the third time " so I took it to best buy to get it diagnosed and NOTHING was wrong with it . After that , my phone dropped on a carpet floor from my child and the screen came off , which it shouldn't of because they use sticky adhesive to keep it together . My phone was not working and all the insides came out and completely ruined my digitizer.. I have no touch or anything on it because they did a TERRIBLE job and used cheap parts ! I went back and showed them the best buy report along with my phone that was no longer working and they couldn't do anything , they said it wasn't their fault .. okay... Right ... So I took it back to apple and they wanted to charge 600$ to fix it . it was put back together terribly the screen shouldn't of popped out like that from a drop on the carpet and the parts were obviously cheap. So I'm out of 200$ and a iPhone ."

"This company is sketchy. They accepted our return but would not refund our money, almost $250. They stated they couldn’t refund the money back to my card, were unable to refund via cash, and would provide a refund check that we could come pick up when management had it ready. We never heard back from them and every time we attempt to follow up we get dodged. They refuse to provide any contact information for management. I highly recommend avoiding this store because they are basically robbing people by denying what’s owed to them. SKETCHY"
