"I waited 20 minutes in line which isn't a big deal with this location. But the customer service from a younger black woman was absolutely FOUL. She literally huffed when I asked for steak and said "bruh we don't have any and of course everybody wants steak". If she hates her job THAT much maybe she shouldn't work there??? It also wouldn't hurt her to put on some gloves when serving customers."

"It was OK. I'm not saying that the food was bad, it wasn't. However, most of the flavor is in the meat that you choose. It may be because they were running low, or maybe they are cutting the amount of protein because of the rising prices of everything; but, the burrito contained only a very tiny amount of carnitas. So, the first 1/4 of the burrito was only rice and the last quarter was the same. $24 for two burritos and a coke. It was just slightly underwhelming."

"They are supposed to be open at 10:45 am we got there before that and workers came in at 10:45 am. They didn't open the doors until 11 am by then they lost about 5 customers who tried to open the doors. We were just about to leave when they finally opened. Then the server wasn't listening to what we wanted and had to repeat what I wanted about 3 times for each item. And I didn't say anything about beans and she put them in without my confirming if I wanted any. So today NOT a good experience. Usually a whole lot better. Different workers than usual today also"

"The young man Justin is the only reason I’m giving this experience a 5 star review. While Justin was preparing my bowl I asked him if I could try the white rice. I told him it was a bit under done and he immediately looked for a solution; telling me he could get some from the back. He did this assuming it was made correctly but unfortunately it was under done as well. From there I told him not to worry about it, we can just finish the bowl. He made my entire bowl, with kindness, and apologized for the inconvenience of the rice. Thank you so much Justin for your kindness, patience, and great customer service! I really appreciate it."
