"I had a service plan with this company. AC tech did my summer service. A short time after service the serviced unit over flowed water ruining the sheet rock below. A different tech was sent to determine the cause of the leak. He told me that the over flow device was put in upside down by the previous tech. I called caw for sheet rock repair. I was told that caw would not cover the cost of repair."

"Called to have my ac unit looked at because unit stopped cooling, tech said I had a coil leak. Supposedly parts are on backorder for 6 months, so I bought a new unit was told it would be a Rheem and but when I arrived home it was a different brand. I spent $3650 unit worked for a couple days and stopped cooling again, I called and tech went back out on 8/11 to check everything and haven't heard back since. I called 8/12 the office and they were waiting on paperwork from tech, I tried back 8/15 Monday and still nothing, still waiting on response this place is a joke."

"I had an issue with my hvac unit, that I've only had for a year, and after paying a lot of money to have it evaluated and worked on it is back to having the same issues if not worse. Also after putting a hole in my ceiling while installing it, I waited over a month to get them back out to repair the ceiling. And because of the coils being dusty do to the filter getting wet and not doing its job properly they called it "neglect" and said it voided my warranty so I had to pay everything out of pocket. I just see a lazy company at this point"
