"Refuse to refund when they overcharge you. Pharmacy techs ignore your request to have a situation escalated to a pharmacist or manager. Managers never follow up with complaints or refund status. I was told to "eat it" when they stated a refund for their error could not be provided. Lack of work ethic, empathy, and professionalism.- worst staff ever- hopefully they clean house soon."

I got my booster and flu shot, so I had this nice lady sticking two needles into my left arm two sharp metal needles, needless to say I really didn't want to shop afterwards. Great experience."
