"Today is 05/29/23. I am from Edinburg Texas I drove to sutherlands in Alice Texas because I wanted to buy a hustler zero turn lawn mower. The Google listing shows the store to be open until 7:00 p.m. today but when I got there at 5:30pm the store was closed. It's a shame that somebody who works at the store does not know how to change the Google listing. Yes I know I could have called ahead of time and ask them do you know what time you close today? Online you're telling people that you're open till 7:00 p.m. and when you are not open when I get there that means you lied. I don't work for Sutherlands so it's not my job to update the Google listing If you're going to close early. It's the manager's job who gets paid to do that but doesn't know how to do the job. I'm here to tell you how to do your job"
"Ive shopped here many times, Everything is normally ok, but today I decided to use the restroom. I was shocked to see the makeshift door on one of the bathroom stalls! 9/9/2022; It's been 3 years since I've tried to use the restroom here at Sutherlands. Let's just say, it's still horrible! The shower curtain is still there. It's disgusting! This store is great except the Ladies Restroom!"
