"I ordered 1 meal for Valentine's day to share that night with my husband of almost 38 years. I had asked for fast priority for my order at 8pm so it said it would take no later then 20min. We didn't receive at that time until 25min after the 20min. When the steak meal w/steamed broccoli arrived, I looked and it was black burnt with red blood inside. I asked for medium well. This is not what medium well looks like so I called this Chili's location then told the manager and asked for a new meal to be replaced. She would not do it for us because we had delivery. Why couldn't they do this? It shouldn't matter. I had been to a different location for a few years and NEVER had a problem with Chili's service until I went to this one. This place needs help. If you are wanting good reviews for your business and want to get a good word out there, then do this to get more customers. Customers first, or your business doesn't grow."
"Visited on a busy weekday night and everything went smoothly! Our server Cris was very nice and friendly the entire time we were there. Our food came out fast and overall I have no complaints. With how inconsistent Chili's can be, this establishment is well run and has a multitude of friendly employees. Love it here and will keep coming back in the future!"
"Full points to the menu, drinks and food preparation. Lots of healthy and indulgent choices to choose from. The staff was very nice. The interior could use some cleaning or upgrade. Ventilation could have been better. Overall it was a fun experience. Will return soon."
"My son and I went here for lunch on a Friday. It was busy, but not too busy, that we were seated right away. We ordered the 3 For Me special, where you get a drink, appetizer, and meal for $10.99. We ordered the chips and salsa with 3 signature dips (upgraded for $2.49), house salad (individual portion), and the Old Timer Burgers with fries. You get decent sized portions for the price. The food was hot and our service was great. We will be back!"
