"Great place, great food, girl manager was great and handled everything nicely. Everything was very clean too"

"First off, they would take an order and only deal with that order instead of trying to multitask and take orders while handing out food. Second off they did not include the extra sauce that I purchased. Third off the strawberry biscuit I ordered was so badly burned it was inedible, and lastly the girl at the drive thru window just carelessly threw my dinner into a bag and handed it out to me with no thank you or farewell. I get being busy but these people were only dealing with one single car at a time. Someone needs to reassess the team that works evenings and make adjustments as needed."

"The lady wearing the polo (I’m assuming the closing manager) stood outside on the phone for over 10 minutes while a line of 4-5 cars backed up. Nobody at the speaker. A worker came out to ask if she’s helped up yet and the man at the speaker said no, to which the worker replied that he’d get her to go inside shortly and took his order verbally and went back inside. After being at the speaker myself for over 10 minutes in addition to the wait time for the car in front of me, I pulled around and went inside to do a take out order. The man behind me in line came inside to do the same, and then it appeared that they locked the doors to keep others from coming in using a little hex wrench tool, at least that’s what it looked like. The manager finally comes in and walks around for (no exaggeration) about 10 more minutes before coming to the register. It seems like she lost her keys or card or something involving the register because everyone was walking around looking for it. She then checks her phone again before asking my order. Not only is she in such a rush over whatever is going on in her personal life that she has at least two of us waiting half an hour to place an order, but she also forgot about half of the items I asked for. I sure would also like to know her name so I could use it in this review, but she made sure to not give me the receipt. The food I received is great as always, but something needs to be done about this manager, I’ve seen the other reviews bringing up the wait time issue as well."

"This place can never get my order right. If you’re going to eat here you should dine in so you have a chance to get your order corrected. If you like paper thin tenders cooked until the meat is brown fiber then this is the place for you. Would give zero stars if I could."

"No drinks but still charge full price for combo. Out of many things on menu. Mac&cheese was horrible and made with such laziness it’s impressive. Chicken sandwich was blah. What happened Popeyes this is my final visit… $20 and we didn’t get fries or drinks but plenty of attitude…"
