"My family and I came in for free pancake day, only to find the manager handling a packed building with just three staff members. Despite the unexpected busyness causing customers to leave and others giving the manager a hard time, my family patiently waited in the corner silently cheering her on. I rarely write reviews, but the manager's remarkable memory and resilience under pressure were truly impressive. I believe her exceptional management skills, demonstrated today, deserve recognition and definitely a raise."
"We went for breakfast at 6:30 AM and were the only ones there. It looked dirty with visible debris on the floor. Only one woman there to work the operation and she seemed busy with take out orders. My pancakes were really good and the food was great. Service was just really slow and considering it was $14 for my pancakes and coffee plus tip I should have gone to a local establishment for my business."
"January 4th, 7:30 AM, the time I ordered my food. The omelet is cold even though it was delivered fairly quickly. Which means it was not properly heated while waiting for the delivery. Pancakes look poisonous. The bananas on top of it have turned brown/grey and also are half-mushed, and plastic looking. You know? Like they’ve spent the night unpeeled. Also, imagine receiving your onion rings and chicken tinders with no ranch. Or, or, I got a better one, receiving your mozzarella sticks with no marinara. As a conclusion, the fact that your store has proceeded with sending this food to me is messed up, absolutely no standards nor respect for what you are giving to the customers."
