"I had the worst experience coming in this morning, the cashier Hispanic lady was super rude to me, totally went off on me for a mistake she made and a misunderstanding on my order. I told her I was going to report her and she responded by saying "she did not care " apparently she did not! It was very imbarressing and humilating the way she spoke to me in front of another customer. I will definitely contact corporate and hopefully they will be able to pull the cameras if they have any to see how their employee who is suppose to represent them is treating their business. After seeing reviews, apparently she is always been rude to customers! She refused to give me her name, however on the receipt it says user ANITA!"

"I bought a mix of dozen donuts.. at least half of them lacked freshness, tasting stale as if they'd been sitting for hours. The glazes were chipping off. I've generally had a good experience and regularly buy from here but since the last couple of times the experience has been terrible.. Seems like they're losing touch.. Overall, a disappointing experience."

"At the turn of the new year, shipley donuts had a special offer, buy $10 worth of Donuts and get a box of 5 glazed donuts free. So when I went into this store armed with my Shipley donuts app proving my reward, the shop assistant refused to give us 5 free glazed donuts and only gave us 2. In addition, the shop assistant would not let me sign in with my app to collect points for my $12 purchase. I registered on the corporate website a complaint about this and got no response. Overall a very poor experience from this store and hence the bad rating given."

"Use to like this place but last two visits have been unpleasant. The first bad experience was at the drive through a 25/30 year old Hispanic lady was not friendly at all and when I asked for a long John she simply said they didn't carry them with an attitude. I did a drive so I simply parked and went inside to double check and sure enough they had them they simply went by a different name. A guy quickly jumped on it from the back abs said I know what she needs, thank you for that. Unfortunately the most recent visit was worse. This time an older lady with blonde hair was apparently having a bad day. She didn't even reply when I said good morning as I walked in and up to the counter. She just asked what did I need with a stink face attitude. I placed my order and since she was also making short conversation with the previous lady working the drive through I assumed she was talking to her when she mumbled something as I swiped by card to pay. She then handed me my bag and since she didn't say thank you I decided to not say thank you either I mean what was the point. When I got in the car I realized she was asking if I was going to tip! Lol ma'am my tip for you is please change your attitude or change jobs if your not happy, there are so many more options for donuts and I myself will be changing to the competition. I rather drive the opposite way to the new donut location which I'm sure will be a lot more pleasant."

"The person at the time said no more coffee. I wonder if she didn't want to make some fresh one or, in reality, a donut shop has no coffee (as advertised)."
