"The ladies from did not understand me or even repeated my order online over the phone. They do not sell coffee by the gallon and I made a blank trip. I had to buy 5 dozen donuts and 2 gallons of coffee for my corporate job. I arrived and the lady said she didn’t understand me and only gave me 5 dozen donuts. I had to drive 3 miles to another Shipley for the coffee. Waste of time"

"The lady at the counter was very very rude and barely gave us time to select what we wanted. Every time I spoke she would rush us, even though the store was not busy at all. We came from New York and we’re excited to try these donuts. But it made me realize New Yorker’s are much nicer. Going forward, I will choose another location with much better service. If it were possible, I would rate this location zero stars. Left very disappointed."

"The store is organized and clean and doesn't smell oily. The ladies were so friendly and helped me get what I needed quickly. The donuts taste so good just melts in your mouth right away and that shows how fresh they are. I highly recommend this store!"
