"I usually have to repeat my order several times, first English, then Spanish, then English or vice versa. They seem confused, and they aren't asking to confirm my order, because I've heard them take orders from other people who only order in 1 language. Only time I don't repeat myself is when I have a mobile order. (Lucky for me, I can order in 2 languages??) And they are always low or out of black pepper?? But the place is usually clean and that says a lot with the amount of traffic they have."
"I want to speak to the manager I tried calling that same night. So most of these McDonald’s claim to be open til 11, some are til 12 am . I preceded to pull up behind two other cars whom were served I even had a car behind me . I “hello” two times and waited thinking I was next as I saw them hand food out , I was patient thinking maybe they had a lot to deal with . Then the screen shuts off and they shut off the whole lights around me and the car behind me . I even had my kids in the car whom freaked out and asked me why they didn’t just say hey we are closed like a conscience human being. I was so upset I refuse to ever come to this one ! The level of rude customer service ! They need to be retrained in customer service"
"I love MacDonal Frenchfry so much. But this location… Large fry but only half of the boxes. The fry is old-soft-burned-oily-salty. They put a lot of salt. The boxes is oily also the fry."
"Horrible customer service. I was ordering and the drive thru lady was asking me if i finish my order in each meal i wanted i told her: Can you please let me finish? She yelled at me. In addition, they served the fried half size and they were cold and they didn’t put what i ordered and everything is messy…. I’ll NEVER go again to this place Not even A star"
"Worst place for a Mc Donnels. The eating area was dirty. The catchup response was backed up. The meat to my burger was burned. I wont eat hear again!"
