"This place was just shy of being the equivalent of Taco Bell. The dining experience was nice. It was clean and the waiters were speedy. But the only thing that was worthy of praise were the chips. The salsa didn't satisfy nor did our entrees. It was a bit pricey. Next time we will be more mindful of the people that have reviewed this place. As Mexican American family this place is popular amongst the elder Luby's Cafeteria clientele. It is mediocre."
"The place was nice and clean. Not a big establishment. The family and I were in town for a football tournament and decided we wanted Mexican food. This place was close to our stay and had not the greatest reviews but the best in the area. As a Mexican family the food was toned down to the equivalent of a Taco Bell. And the reviews must've been done by local loyal customers. The place was packed with people which regularly visit Luby's cafeteria. That explained it all."

"At first we were greeted by two different people, one of them was very friendly and nice. After seated, they swapped in a different guy to be our server. This guy seemed like he was wanting to go home and having a bad day. No smile, attitude in his tone, and poor responses. The tamale and fried bean were too salty for us. Loud and noisy and crowded inside and some customers had blocked the traffic making it difficult to exit. Overall experience, everything was okay."
