"Didn't want to exchange my lifetime warranty product. Said something about "since its broken, we can't change it". Went down to parades line and they GLADLY exchanged the part for me. Looks like los fresnos location just didn't want to go to the trouble of helping me out. Very bad customer service! Young mechanics beware!!"
