"DO NOT BUY THE CHOCOLATE SHAKES!!!!!! They taste like mildew right away nothing like chocolate, wife got food poisoning, will not recommend. I am a local of LF and u would never catch me their again rather make the trip to San Benito honestly. the rudest treatment from a lady manager with glasses and come to find out they never clean their machines. Only saying cause when asked no coherent answer was given"
"Normally who rates McDonalds? Well in this case this particular one rates top billing. The young man was attentive and jumped out to help us negotiate the auto kiosk. He then checked to make sure we were satisfied. This is not normal behavior especially up north."
"I had a mobile order 4 days previously but some of the items were not given. I called the manager and she told me to pick up my order whenever I was in the area. I went 4 days after, and they gladly served the missing items."
"My food was cold. The fries we soggy and not fresh. The McNuggets we as well cold and burnt. My drink was water down. The staff looked like they were lost and didn’t know what to do. Over all experiences not good. They need new Managment or Owners. How is some one supposed to enjoy their food if they restaurant management doesn’t care."
"Ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce. Opened my burger box to find a burger basically sitting in a soup of Big Mac sauce. Couldn't even pick it up to eat it, so I had to eat it from the top down. There was so much sauce, I couldn't even see the bottom bun. I don't know if the person working was having a bad day or just decided to be sarcastic when it came to "extra" sauce. I have never had this happen to me elsewhere. Don't recommend whatsoever. Beyond disgusted and disappointed."
