"I bought a 3/5 kit for my 2017 silverado rcsb and put the arms in without the shim to make it a 2 inch drop and the rear came out to 7 inches which I'm not happy about. The shocks they provide were garbage so had to get new ones. Back to the front. The arms now clunk but I just got off the phone with Johnny (I talked to him before, super rude) and he said they fixed that issue back in 2022. Well, he said I need to take the arms off, grind them, and places washers in between the arm and bolts. And they couldn't get the alignment correct with the upper arm bolts. This was the 3rd drop I bought from them and it'll be the last. No concerns and no suggestions to make it right. I'm a Texas veteran too which they always said they was proud of supporting but guess that's just a selling point."

"This is strictly a review on the customer service! I ordered a 3/5 kit for my 2020 F150. They shipped me a kit for a 2018 dodge. This was not discovered until my truck was tore down and ready for the kit. I contacted ihc and was told I needed to unpack the box and take pictures of the kit I received. After doing so they sent me a shipping label. Sent the kit back and after a week contacted them since I haven’t received any updates on the correct kit shipment. After 2 alignments, and a huge shop bill, my kit is installed and looks great. The next problem is I have carrier bearing vibration! Kit states that correct pinion angle is built into rear kit! And when ordering kit there wasn’t an option for a 6.5 truck bed when entering truck information. Once again contacted ihc asking for a solution. So after being sent the wrong kit, a big shop bill and 2 alignments they want me to buy the relocation kit for carrier bearing. If this would have been addressed I wouldn’t have a problem but with all the issues dealing with them I feel that they should make this right and they will not. All in all kit is nice but service sucks! If you get what you actually need you will be fine otherwise you will not like dealing with them!"

"Ordered a helper bag kit for my f150 IHC SUSPENSION 2021+ F150 HELPER BAG KIT (NON VDS) - IHC-2021-HBK IHC-2021-HBK. Parts were installed per instructions with parts as labeled, once installed parts became defective due to manufacturers putting the incorrect letters on the parts. I reached out to ihc per warranty claims and was told it was not their fault that their parts that they make were marked incorrectly causing the defect! Instead of ihc having good customer service and resolving the issue they claim it's the techs fault for following their markers they put on the parts! Would never buy anything from this company. With all the bad reviews this will catch up to them and they will end up out of business with lawsuits."

"Received my 5/7 drop kit for 2011 ram 1500 in a timely manner and performed the install in my driveway. Everything went as directed in instructions and was easier than expected. Ride quality is great and stance is awesome. I would do another one with much more confidence.. thanx guys!"
