"Their nuggets are always over cooked. Every single time I come here the nuggets are horrible."
"The manager was not accommodating at all and left his staff hanging. We wanted strawberry cream pies, but they only had one. He said it would be 8 minutes for more pies, so we were willing to wait. I asked to have all of our food fresh since we were waiting anyway. He refused and gave us cold food anyway, even without waiting for pies. We won't be back to this location. There's much better in the area anyway."
"The new ketchup pumps need to be redesigned or something. I have tried them at multiple franchise locations and they seem to have the same quirks. The ketchup comes out in a brown color then into a weird red. The taste is not the same and it weirdly bubbles while sitting on the table. Just strange. TJ reason for my lower review is the drink refill. It is not available for you to fill your own drinks and when I received my refill from the back it was not what I asked for. Food was spot on, hot and tasty and the buns were soft/fresh like."
"something was wrong with app orders. table service non existant even though the option is proposed on the app and on the kiosk. i saw people wait for 10 min before getting service at the cashier. i was eating in but still got a bag that i had to pick up and there was no napkins. the ketchup dispenser was empty, the lobby was filthy. too bad because the restaurant is pretty and modern. covid is over, bring back normal service, i know the fast and easy is tempting and most people will still comply but it's the little things that you used to do. can't even believe i have to review a McDonald's"
"Stopped by to get my daughter a Quarter Pounder With Cheese (Plain), and they got our order right. Got to the window and asked if their ice-cream machine was working, guys lo and behold- it was working!!! So I got my daughter an ice-cream cone, she was joyous!! No lines, quick service!"
