Jack in the Box

"Off the list. I dont ask for much with fast food places, but one of them is the correct items that were order, which this place doesn't seem to be able to do. Courtesy also is nice to have, but not necessarily expected, and this place provided none. Cut off my order before i was done, so they lost out on a sale of more, lucky for me. Didnt repeat my order to make sure they had it right. Did not acknowledge me when i drove to the window, almost left before receiving the order, which in hindsight wish i had would have done. No hello or anything, she just opened the window and stuck out her hand for the payment. Had to pound on the window to get a receipt. i dont expect much from fast food places, but this place didnt even meet my lowered expectations."

"The worst experience I have dealt with in my life. It was my husband and my first time trying Jack in the box, we were looking forward to it. We went late at night. The guy at the drive through was very rude and felt like that he was rushing us. We were over it and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else that had better costumer service that was more patient with us. I am never coming back to this location worst customer service I have seen, I was very pissed."

"Had to give one star to post review, they don't deserve it. I work third shift, I went there around 12:30am. I was the only car there. I told the guy I had two separate orders and he told me he couldn't do that because they were short staffed. I would have to order one then drive around and order the other. That makes no sense. The cashier rude and had no customers service skills what so ever. I left. I've read the reviews and the responses from corporate, seems like they don't care to fix the issues. Not going back."

"I only put four stars on the atmosphere just because the bathroom was clogged and stunk out into the hall and no one knew. I did tell them and he said he did not know about it. They probably fixed it but I couldn't stay to see what happened as I had an appointment. Just knew that if it was still a problem others might not appreciate seeing a five star and things not being quite up to par. Hopefully it's fixed and there's no more problems. Everyone was nice though."

"This is one of the nastiest locations I have ever been to. The food was not eatable in any way. Not only are they the slowest place in town but not even worth the wait. The pictures don’t even do Justice to what we received. Soaked in dirty grease so much it was dripping. The fries were covered in burnt old pieces clearly showing they do not change their grease. We live right down the street and will never go back to this jack in the box and suggest no one else does either."
