"I ordered 3 hamburgers the meat was cooked but was cool as if it was sitting up for hours and the bun was days old buns. I had to give all 3 burgers to the dog."

"Going to this location at night is the absolute worst. The burgers are ALWAYS cold and hard.. tonight I ordered 1 item. Made it home and it’s the completely wrong thing. No one ever answers the phone. I am exhausted and starving and can’t just drive across town every time they mess up my order. All I wanted was a hot burger and instead I get trash.. it’s honestly so upsetting."
"I deleted my review to add a new one. They are STILL not open 24 hours. They told me Uber orders only for 40 minutes while me and 3 others were not able to order. Never drive to this place and hope for food if you work night shift. Also I’m just going hungry because I’m so upset this happened again. I can’t trust jack in the box anymore. Especially this location and the people who work here at night."
"I think the curly fries were the best part of my experience. I could hardly understand the lady who took my order. I was at the window for like 10 minutes. I think my problem with the Sourdough Jack was just my preference on tomato. But I also only got one honey mustard, if I spent $12 on my meal it count least come with 2."
